These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ahh8 platform at ahh8.vip, including all gaming services, payment facilities, promotions, and customer support. By registering an account or continuing to use the ahh8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

Minimum deposit ₱100. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are processed to the same channel used for the corresponding deposit.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal. Abuse of promotions results in forfeiture and possible account suspension.
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated software, and accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions are all prohibited and result in account termination.

This Agreement is governed by Philippine law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through internal support are subject to binding arbitration under applicable Philippine regulations.

By creating an ahh8 Account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, or using any service provided through ahh8.vip, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
This Agreement applies continuously during the period your Account remains open and active. Continued use of the Platform following any update to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Please read this Agreement carefully. It contains important information about your rights and obligations as an ahh8 player, including the terms that govern deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and account suspension.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the ahh8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting"), whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances, regardless of the source of funds.

ahh8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
ahh8 is required under applicable Philippine regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and at other trigger points during the course of a Player's use of the Platform. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
As part of the KYC process, ahh8 may request any of the following:
ahh8 will endeavor to complete KYC review within 24 hours of document submission during standard business periods. Complex cases or documents requiring additional verification may take longer. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending completion of KYC.
Players who fail or refuse to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request by ahh8 may have their Account suspended and any pending withdrawal requests held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
The minimum deposit amount on ahh8 is ₱100.00 (Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and Player tier. Current limits are displayed in the Account deposit interface.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your ahh8 Wallet are legally owned by you, are free from any claim by third parties, and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. ahh8 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger applicable thresholds under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
In the event that a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your payment source but before credit to your ahh8 Wallet, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number. ahh8 will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed received, credit your Wallet within 24 hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (the "same source rule"), subject to the applicable method's technical capabilities.

ahh8 does not charge withdrawal processing fees to Players for standard GCash and Maya withdrawals. Charges levied by third-party payment processors for bank transfers or other methods are the responsibility of the Player and will be reflected in the net amount received.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by ahh8 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, and to the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In cases of conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified:
ahh8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close an Account, in the event that a Player is found to have engaged in any of the following:
Bonus Funds not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Wallet without notice.
ahh8 makes available a range of gaming products including live dealer casino games, RNG table games, online slots, bingo, and e-sports betting markets. The availability of specific games or betting markets may change without prior notice at the discretion of ahh8 or its game providers.
All bets are settled in accordance with the official rules of the applicable game or market. In the event of a technical error, game interruption, or disputed result, ahh8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Wallet. ahh8's decision on disputed bets is final and binding.
In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game in progress, ahh8 will take all reasonable steps to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where restoration is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned. No malfunction-generated "win" will be honored if a technical fault contributed to the outcome.
Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during gaming sessions. ahh8 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Player's device or internet service provider. Where a disconnection occurs during a live dealer game, the bet will be settled according to the live game result.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ahh8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities:
Any funds associated with prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture. ahh8 cooperates with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities in connection with suspected fraud or money laundering investigations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ahh8's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the aggregate amount deposited into your Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits ahh8's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
ahh8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the ahh8 Privacy Policy, available at ahh8.vip/privacy-policy, and the requirements of the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.
By accepting this Agreement, you consent to ahh8's collection and use of your personal data for the following purposes:
You may withdraw marketing consent or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team. Data essential to regulatory compliance and fraud prevention may be retained beyond account closure as required by applicable law.
You may close your ahh8 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. You may not close your Account to avoid a pending investigation.
ahh8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any required verification and the absence of any pending investigation or outstanding dispute.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the ahh8 Platform or any transaction, you must first contact ahh8 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. ahh8 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal support process, it may be escalated to the applicable Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with the relevant procedural rules.
This Agreement, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to the dispute resolution process above, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement.
ahh8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via:
Changes take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.
The version of this Agreement published on ahh8.vip/terms-conditions at any given time constitutes the governing version for all active Players.
